Our award-winning mead is made using high-quality Oregon honey and real ingredients — no artificial additives, no shortcuts. You may notice natural separation in the bottle; this is completely normal and safe. Just give it a gentle swirl.
Our flagship offering is the Semi-Sweet Traditional — just honey, water, and yeast. Simple, ancient, and exceptional.
