Welcome to the Hall

Our bartop is handmade, with shards of Narsil embedded in resin. It was crafted from recycled wood sourced from the owner’s grandfather’s woodworking shop.

The tasting hall features tables of many sizes, including long wooden tables for larger parties. A circular turret room offers a tucked away space for more private gatherings or a calmer atmosphere.

The Armory, located between the leather workshop and the main tasting hall, is decorated with weapons from across many fandoms, along with shields and other medieval decor. A mini bar inside connects to the main bar through the wall. The Armory will be available to rent for private events and gatherings (coming soon).

The space also includes two large, wheelchair accessible bathrooms.

Policies

Tasting Room, Mead Service, & Responsible Consumption Policy

To ensure a safe, legal, and enjoyable experience for everyone, our tasting room strictly complies with Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) regulations:

Universal ID Requirement: We are 100% committed to preventing underage drinking. We require a valid, government-issued photo ID from every single person at a table who is consuming alcohol, regardless of age.

No Patron Self-Service: Under Oregon Administrative Rule OAR 845-006-0345(12), customers are strictly prohibited from dispensing or pouring their own alcoholic beverages. Because we are a bar-service-only establishment, all full bottles purchased for on-premises consumption must remain physically behind the bar. Our licensed staff will open and tag your bottle, and pour your first round.
Bar-Service Refills: When your glass is empty, please bring it back up to the counter. Our staff will check your order, perform a quick sobriety check, and pour your next glass directly from your tagged bottle.

No Outside Alcohol: We do not permit outside bottles of mead, wine, or any other alcohol to be brought into or opened on our premises.

No “Stacked” Drinks: To comply with state laws regarding responsible alcohol monitoring, we do not allow drinks to stack up. Guests may not have additional glass pours served while they still have an active drink in front of them.

Taking Unfinished Mead Home (Food Required): Under ORS 471.178, you are legally permitted to take an unfinished bottle of mead home only if it was purchased and consumed alongside a food order (such as our savory hot pockets or pizza from our neighbors next door). If food was purchased, our staff will firmly reseal the bottle for you before you depart.
Safe Transport: Oregon Open Container laws require that all opened, resealed mead bottles be transported in the trunk of your vehicle, or in an area not occupied by passengers.
